Would You Have A Problem Buying A Car From A Female Salesman?

I was just wondering as each time we’ve ever gone to buy a car the only women working there that we’ve seen were either receptionists or in finance.

  1. I was ready to way back in 74, but my wife wouldn’t let me. We were looking at Datsuns and the dealership had an all female sales staff. Seemed like all of them were long legged and wore mini skirts. When ours bent over to point out the ‘radials’ I was wide eyed and my wife dragged me out of there by the ear. Perhaps that’s why they don’t use females much, because of wives.

  2. No problem at all. But it’s probably because men are more dominant and intimidating, (naturally… I’m not sexist). Therefore it’s better for the company to have a persistent salesman, as opposed to a saleswoman.

  3. While new car sales jobs are traditionally male jobs I would have no problem having a female sales agent assist me.
If the sales agent is intelligent and helpful it doesn’t matter what sex they are.

  4. My family bought a car from a female salesperson, I don’t see what gender has to do when purchasing a vehicle myself as long as they know what they are doing.

  5. I think i trust a woman to sell me a car instead of a guy to be quit honest. However, fixing the car would be a separate issue.

  6. one of my best friends was a female car salesperson. She was very good at it too. I would buy a car from her. No problem.

  7. I’d buy a car from Minnie Mouse if she was knowledgeable and offered me the best deal possible.
