  1. 15/30/10 is typically considered “minimum liability”. Full coverage can mean 100 different things to 100 different people, but generally means you have at least minimum liabilty, plus collision, plus comprehensive.
Having a $500 deductible, means you ALSO have collision and/or comprehensive.
The hit/skip is a collision claim to your car. How do you know your car is totalled, if you didn’t have it appraised? The insurance company would pay the actual cash value of the car, less the deductible, plus title and sales tax. IF you have collision.

  2. No. Those are liability coverage limits. That doesn’t mean you have comprehensive and collision. Liability only covers damage to others property caused by you. You need to see if you have collision coverage for your vehicle to be covered.

  3. Limits are $15,000 per person and $30,000 per accident for Bodily Injury and $10,000 per accident for Property Damage.
JUST CALL YOUR INSURANCE AGENT AND TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AS WELL.
