Does the Graco Snugride 32 infant car seat fit into the top part of a shopping cart?

Most of the reviews I’ve read for infant car seats that go up to 30-32 lbs. say that they are too big to fit into the top part of a shopping cart. Is this true for the Graco Snugride 32?

    Not true I have one the deco one from graco and I went to walmart this week with my almost 3 week old & it fit in top of shopping cart.

  2. NO carseats should be used on the top of shopping carts. Most, if not all, manuals for infant seats say this. Children fall or the seat makes the cart top heavy and can tip easily. Please wear your child, put the carrier IN the shopping cart or use a stroller.
