I own a commercial truck and am selling it, the person buying it will finish paying me for it in 18 months, but he needs the truck under his name to work it, can i have the registration go under his name and keep the title under my name until he finishes paying me off?
Is that person going to be responsible for my parking ticket? How soon will the DMV be notified of the ticket? I’m hoping to get it sold and reregistered before the DMV puts a hold on it.
