I was wondering how much per hour is the normal range for repairs on a car at a shop?

I wanted to get from Haynes, their manual for my 1999 Honda Accord, as I was told by Haynes that this model did not have a manual, as not sufficient were built. Since that I have been offered something similar in CD form, can anyone advise please ?
